When I'm in the car, I listen to a Christian talk radio station(which ironically used to be "Z Rock", THEE metal station of ALL metal stations). Why do I listen? Well, just like all of those "family values" preaching moms, who for some reason when THEY are driving their kids to school, feel that they are FORCED to listen to Howard Stern, I am enthralled with the viewpoints.

What I most often hear commercials for, are "Y2K survival kits". These usually go for around $1500 to $3000. They consist of canned foods, toiletries, water, grills, etc..., everything you need to avoid and fight off Gods will.

The people that purchase these "kits" are the same ones who when a tornado(better known as an "act of God") hits their town and destroys their home, car, kills Grandma and the dog, and spews some shrapnel into Junior's kidney, claim that since THEY are still alive, that "God must have been watching over them".

Um???? I think God is responsible for the Tornado.

Instead of heeding to the wrath of God, these people are all attempting to defy the Lord's will, and are throwing their money at an opportunistic scammer.

My point is that if "the end is nigh", then the end is nigh. That grill and can of Spaghettios you spent $3000 on are not going to protect you from the words of the book you all preach from.

And if you all saw Jesus upon his return, you would all most likely deem him as out of his mind as Charles Manson (he thought he was Christ ya know?) is.
