This is a letter that came into the mailroom of a place I used to work. It came there because the company owns a large news channel and this guy wanted to let the world know what HE knows. Many other letters came before and after this one. The author, Rollen Stewart, who calls himself the Rainbow Man, is in prison, as is noted by the postmark.
